Information you provide
If you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you enter: your name, contact details, company (if supplied), property location and type, optional financial assumptions, service requested, timeline, notes, and selections about permission to contact you. We also store the originating campaign, referral domain, referring host where available, consent selections and submission time. A Netlify-hosted form stores your submission to allow us to process it.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, assess what services may fit, protect against spam, and maintain an operational record. Preliminary valuation inputs are estimates supplied by you; the calculator runs locally in your browser without requiring an email address.
Sharing and service introductions
CommercialAppraisal.ai is a lead-intake platform associated with Blueprint Commercial Loans, a separate lending business. When you request commercial financing, your inquiry may be reviewed by Blueprint, subject to applicable licensing and program requirements. For a valuation-only or appraisal inquiry, forwarding your information to Blueprint for a financing review requires your separate optional choice. We share appraisal inquiry details with an independent appraisal professional only if you check the optional appraisal-sharing authorization and a suitable professional is available. Any further disclosure to a lender or other provider requires an appropriate basis and notice or authorization. We do not automatically broadcast inquiries to outside providers or offer an independent multi-lender comparison.
Marketing
Educational marketing by email is optional, requires your separate choice and is not a condition of receiving a response to your specific inquiry. You can opt out using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by contacting us. The inquiry form does not authorize automated marketing calls or texts.
Hosting and security
This site is designed for Netlify hosting and Netlify Forms. Online services may process IP addresses and technical request data for security and operations. Please do not provide Social Security numbers, bank logins or sensitive identity documents in the inquiry form. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Access, corrections and deletion
To request access, correction or deletion of submitted information, email chris@blueprintcommercialloans.com. Certain information may need to be retained where legally required.
Updates
Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions. If enabled, HubSpot processes contact and inquiry information as a CRM service provider in our existing business account. We will update this notice when additional integrations, analytics or service partners materially change our handling of personal information. Retention and privacy rights may vary by jurisdiction; contact us to make a request.
